Outback Ordeal

Setting: Outback Australia, Wolfe Creek Crater and places in the Western Australian and Northern Territory Outback.

Story: Where are we all? We all wanted to work in the Western Australian goldfields to strike it rich, or in a Northern Territory bar but it seems that we have all been abducted by a depraved killer and have woken up in some dark dank cave. Sydney Harbour is a known kidnapper and murderer but this time he has gone too far. He thinks he is super smart (IQ 180), but he gets killed by one of his own kidnap victims. Will your guests be able to escape the senseless depravity of Sydney Harbour and get out of Wolfe Creek Crater?

Adult Themes: Backpacker abduction.

Central Characters:

Costumes: Guests come dressed as a cowboy, cowgirl, roustabout, truck driver, bar fly, barmaid, police officer, backpacker, serial killer or any other Australian stereotype.

How Do Costumes and Characters Work? All the characters are non gendered so this theme suits an all girl party. To make the murder mystery game really to organise your guests don't need to dress as any particular character. Their costume doesn't affect the character they play in the murder mystery game. You allocate characters on the night of the murder mystery party. This way if guests are sick and can't make it or short notice friends want to come, there is no impact on how you run the game.
