Testimonials

We held a Tracy Gang 1920s murder mystery party!! Best night we have had for ages. Everyone thanked us for a great time.

---Hella Oakes---

I received the box quickly and engaged a local member of the amateur dramatic society to run the event for us. Our presenter did a great job, he got into the part, came around and talked with each group (we were in four groups), he listened and gave subtle hints. There was only one couple who had participated in a murder mystery before but most of the guests were looking forward to it and really got into it. The game certainly brought out the will to win in a number of guests. It was a lot of fun and I think most of us would do it again. I thought all that was provided was really good and the hints on preparing were really good.

Setting: "The Tracy Speakeasy" a modern, popular and vibrant speakeasy of the 1920s.

Story: The former leader of our gang the Tracy Gang, "Aiden Abet" has gone missing. He developed a scam that netted him $1m but has now vanished and yet, no body has been found. He was ratted out and once his victims found out the truth he became a targeted man. The fortune was hidden in the Tracy Speakeasy library and when he is spotted with the money it leads to murder! Unravel the mysteries of plastic surgery, the dead man walking, and the letters from the bard William Shakespeare.

Adult Themes: Gambling, swindling and suicide.

Costumes: Guests come dressed as a gangster, cabaret dancer, godfather, flapper, pimp, F.B.I, Scarface, hit man or any other 1920s style character.

How Do Costumes and Characters Work? To make the murder mystery game really to organise your guests don't need to dress as any particular character. Their costume doesn't affect the character they play in the murder mystery game. You allocate characters on the night of the murder mystery party. This way if guests are sick and can't make it or short notice friends want to come, there is no impact on how you run the game.

Normal Use: Fundraiser, kids 15+, teenage or adult party.

Group Size: 4 to 8, 2 to 15, 2 to 60, 60 to 120, 120 to 300.

Money, scams, revenge and William Shakespeare? Could you hold your nerve as a mafia boss and survive?
